Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note the following policies:
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments must take place within the same month to apply your deposit toward the new booking.
